Printing situations allow you to select which printer each of the selected items will be printed on.

You can assign a situation to each item or to a set of items on the editing screen of articles of the Settings

This allows us to work with different preparation areas for items, for example: the bar printer for drinks, the kitchen printer for hot dishes, etc.
