The Balance Sheet for the current year regarding the Spanish General Accounting Plan. It is divided into different tabs: Assets, Liabilities, and the result of Assets plus Liabilities.

The Assets + Liabilities tab shows in bold the items that make up this balance sheet, grouped into two main blocks: Total Assets and Net Worth and Liabilities.

Assets are divided into Non-current Assets (financial investments, fixed assets, etc.) and Current Assets (inventory, customers, debtors, etc.).

Liabilities include Equity (capital items, reserves, etc.), Non-current Liabilities (Long-term debts, non-current creditors, etc.), and Current Liabilities (which contain short-term debts, creditors, etc.).

The button of Roots not included It allows to locate if a root of the general accounting plan is missing, which is linked to balance sheets but is not found in the Statement of Financial Position. If this occurs, HiOffice displays a warning with the missing root so that it is taken into account in case of a discrepancy.

By clicking the three-dot icon in the top right of the Balance, it is possible to export the report as PDF or CSV for Excel.

The screen header contains a date filter in addition to the selected Accounting Firm. As soon as the company filter is removed by clicking the red cross to its right, information for all consolidated accounts is displayed.

There is also the Grouping Type filter which can be: detail by accounts, by root, or without detail. By default, the program always filters by Root Detail.

In addition to the Balance Sheet, the program contains the information compared with the previous year within the tab for Comparative situation summary, to distinguish the evolution of the items compared to the previous year.

Finally, the Graphics tab contains statistics in different types of charts with information on Assets, Net Worth, and Liabilities, as well as a comparison of the different groups with the previous year's values.
