HIOPOS Point of sale

Introduction

The module of Cash movements allows to record and control all the Cash inflows and outflows that are not directly related to sales. In this way, precise control is maintained over the money entering or leaving the cash register during the day. These cash movements, once recorded, must be declared when performing the Z-Report.

Movements are classified into four types:

These cash movements are found in Cash -> Cash receipts - Cash outflows - Payments - Cash adjustment.

Although cash movements can be made from the terminal's own cash register, cash management can also be performed through two types of cash registers: Central Fund and External Box (Petty Cash Box)Each one fulfills a specific function within the financial control of the business.
