The Pin-Pad is an electronic payment device provided by financial institutions and banks for making payments using a credit card (its operation may differ depending on the country).
The HioPOS Cloud application supports these devices, but in some cases, prior integration is required.

From the top menu, we go to Administration, Configuration, Electronic Payment, and thus we can access the Pin-Pad configuration panel. If we are unable to access this menu, we should ensure that we have logged in as the administrator user.
Within the Electronic Collection menu, we select the parameters relevant to the Pin-Pad. It can function via Bluetooth connection or via USB connection; both cases require accepting the connection from Android.
- USB Connection: when selecting USB Android, it will ask us for permission to connect to the device; we must accept.
- Bluetooth Connection: in the case of a Bluetooth connection, we first need to connect to the Pin-Pad device from the Android system's own settings, then we will select Bluetooth Connection and the device name in the HioPOS Cloud app of the device as shown in the image.
The following data must be configured according to what is provided by the Pin-Pad provider company. If we have successfully followed these steps, we now have our electronic payment device configured. These parameters are provided by your banking entity.
