When you are in the process of making a sale, you can print a Subtotal of the same. For example, so that the waiter can bring a ticket to the customers' table indicating the table and room number, the items, as well as the outstanding amount.

Once they have accepted the Subtotal, the cashier can proceed to finalize the sale with the Total button.

In the section on Settings, Shop, we can configure a series for the Subtotal.
