HioPOS Cloud allows for Time and Attendance tracking for the different user profiles that access the application. To activate it, you must access CloudLicense, HioPOS Cloud, and Modules. The correct implementation of Time and Attendance is divided into three steps: first, configuring the salesperson's access on the terminal. To do this, we will go to Configuration, Salesperson, and select Salesperson.

On the resulting screen, we will be able to modify the information fields, such as Name, NIF, etc. In the section on the right; Access, HioPOS allows us to configure a password for attendance control, as well as a password to enter the program. If what we want is to configure attendance control, we will set a password in this field.

Once we have configured the time/attendance control password in Configuration, Vendors, we will be on the initial screen. To start the application and view the table screen, we will have to select Entrance in the upper left margin of the screen and enter the user's password. To proceed with the entry, we select the green tick that appears next to the password.

To confirm the user's successful registration when starting the application, HioPOS displays the following alert message; Entry recorded. The message displays the registration time and the registered user.

For the analysis of all information retained in the Presence Control, the user must go to the section of Administration, Statistics, Auditing and the option; Attendance Control from which you can view the attendance control of the different registered users.

This report includes a table where the user can view the Salesperson, the login time, the logout time, and the total number of minutes the user was connected to the application.

You can filter the attendance reports by store and by salesperson to get a more detailed and in-depth analysis of the information contained. We can filter the attendance by date by selecting the time period we want to analyze.
