HioPOS Cloud allows assigning default items to a specific Room. In certain scenarios, it might be useful for a specific item to be assigned by default to a Room, such as cutlery. In these cases, this item may have an associated cost.

To assign a default item to a room, we will go to Configuration, to the option Rooms, and select one of our rooms. Once we are inside the room, in the top left corner, the "Edit Room" option will appear, and we will choose the option Properties.

Inside the screen Properties From Terrace, we will select the Add option, located on the right side of the screen.

Once inside, all our items will appear, and you can filter by Barcode, Reference, Description, and family. Once the item is selected, you must enter the units per table. You have the option to modify the number of units and assign them per diner.
