In Administration > Configuration > Items, the following screen is displayed. From here, you can both change the name of the selected family and delete it. It is important to note that a family containing items cannot be deleted, so if you wish to delete a family, you must first delete all the items it includes.

Selecting an item will open the following options related to this item:

- Change price: allows you to manually change the price of the selected item without needing to enter item editing.
- Associate size chart: If an item has been created without sizes or colors, this option allows them to be added as indicated above in the section on Sizes and Colors
- Change colorWhen an item does not have an image, this option changes the color of the item's button. If the item has an image assigned, it is replaced by the selected color.

- Image:
      - Image from file: You can add an image by searching for it in the device's own file folder.
      - Image from gallery: an image can be added from the gallery depending on the type of business that HioposCloud makes available to customers.
      - Image from the internet: this option allows you to search for an image directly from the device's default browser. When you select this option, the default internet browser page will open with the article's name in the images tab. Upon performing a long-click on the desired image, it will be added as the article's image.

- Changing family: allows changing the family of the selected item. A pop-up will open with all available families to select the desired one.

- Rename: allows changing the name of the article.

- Barcode: allows assigning a barcode to the item. If the item is S&C (size and color), this option is disabled, since each size will have its own barcode and must be configured from the option Edit articles.

- Copy articles: Create a new item with the same name and price as the selected one. If the item is from TyC, the item is created with the same sizes and colors as the original.

- Delete article: allows the item to be deleted. If documents have been created for the item, it is delisted and not visible.

- Cost analysis: For items that require preparation, the recipe costing can be added with the 'ingredients' without having to edit the item.

- Time billing: If the business type has items that are billed by time or time slots, this option allows configuring them.
