HioPOS Cloud allows using the Shifts option, which is located in the Settings section.

There are four types of configurations based on the establishment's shifts and schedules, its holidays and exceptions, employee shifts and schedules, and employee holidays and exceptions. This will also be useful for assigning rates by shift (hours and days).
