Payment management is the same as for collections; it contains the same tabs explained in the previous section:

• Earrings
• On account.
• Wallet
• Remittances
• Payments
• Returned / Cancelled.

In the Pending section, there is a function that does not exist for collections; it is the button Generate checks.

By checking this feature, the program will automatically prompt for the data of the check to be generated.

To complete this information, it will be necessary to have a previously defined design of printing for the checks, which can be selected from the option Print.

Since it is a check, the payment method that can be associated must be of the "effect" type. Once the button is clicked Accept the expiration will be registered in Wallet and will cease to be seen in Earrings

Regarding the other payment options, the same choices are available as for collections, with the exception that money is being disbursed from our cash.

The Payments tab contains the purchase and expense invoices that have been settled.
