In addition to Discount Reasons and Payment Reasons, there is also the Return Reason creation tool, so that in Hiopos they must be assigned to the credit note when one or more items from a sale are returned.

The Return Reason creation window consists of three fields:

The reason code, its description, and a field labeled [Days] to indicate the maximum time (in days) allowed for a return with that reason. If this time is exceeded, a warning will appear at the point of sale and the return cannot be assigned.
