HioPOS Cloud allows assigning default items to a specific Room. In certain scenarios, it might be useful for a specific item to be assigned by default to a Room, such as in the case of cutlery. In these cases, this item may have an associated cost.

To assign a default item to a Room, we will go to Configuration, in the option Salas and we will select one of our rooms. Once we are inside the room, in the upper left corner, the option to Edit Room, we will choose the option Properties.

Inside the screen Properties From Terraza, we will select the option Add, situated on the right margin of the screen.

Once inside, all our items appear, and you can filter by Barcode, Reference, Description, and family. Once the item is selected, we must specify the units per table. We have the option to modify the number of units and assign them per diner.
