HioPOS Cloud allows you to export sales, item, and customer data by email in CSV or XML format. For item export, HioPOS Cloud allows you to export them with a Simple CSV file, to facilitate and make data processing more intuitive for the end-user. To do this, go to the section Export of the screen of Settings

HioPOS Cloud allows you to export sales, filtering them by date, store, and cash register. For sales, customer, supplier, and vendor exports, you can choose whether to export them to a file. CSV or with an XML file.

HioPOS Cloud also allows exporting items as a CSV file Simple. This type of file allows the client greater compression of the exported data. The data exported using a CSV Simple They are focused on the end-user. To export the items with this file, we will simply have to select this option from the different alternatives that the application offers us and decide on the desired column and decimal separator.

The file is sent by email; this will by default be the email of the user logged into the application. But it can be changed for a specific send; if you wanted to change it permanently, you would have to contact your distributor to make that change.
