Multi-store Configuration

To access the configuration options for the store the terminal is currently working in, go to the Administration tab and then select Settings. In the settings menu, go to Stores.

Among the parameters you can configure are those we added during the installation process. Click the Edit button next to the store name.

The Properties It allows you to select the group of stores on which the modifications you make will take effect. Grouping stores by groups will help you in the creation of user profiles, as in that section you will be able to select which store that profile has access to: the seller's store, the seller's group of stores, or all stores. This option is favorable for businesses such as franchises.

The option Shared resources It allows you to share data such as pending sales, between terminals that are on the same local network. If the establishment only has one terminal, it is recommended to have this option deactivated; however, if it has more than one, it is recommended to have it activated.

The option Cash count It allows you to indicate if you want to automatically send by email when performing the Z-Report. It also allows you to enter the default email address to which it will be sent. Furthermore, you can specify if you want to notify that same email address whenever there is a discrepancy and from what discrepancy amount to notify.

The option Rates allow you to select the default rate that will be used on the terminal, as well as share a rate among the group of terminals you have created. Press Edit to select the stores you want to share it with.

The option Coins It allows you to select the currency that will be used by default at the point of sale, as well as share it among the group of terminals you have created. Click Edit to select the stores with which you want to share the currency.

The option Vendors It will allow you to share vendors between the terminal groups you have created. Press Edit to select the stores with which you want to share it.

The option Default taxes It allows you to select the tax to be applied to each transaction type from the list of taxes you have created.

The Payment Methods option allows you to share the payment methods you have available in the store with the group of stores you select. Click Edit to select the stores with which you want to share them.

The Discount Reasons option allows you to share the discount reasons available in the store with the store group you select.

The Customer Screen option allows you to configure (if the terminal has a second screen) an image, video, or a sequence of images. Additionally, you can configure where you want the receipt to be displayed (left, center, right) on the second screen.
