In the Ticket Design section in Configuration You can add notes to the header and footer of the ticket printed during the sale.

The ticket design screen is divided into two parts, the upper for the header and the lower for the footer. Press the plus symbol to add a literal to the ticket, such as a header or footer.

When a note is added to the Header or Footer, you can edit and select the text format and alignment, as shown in the following image:
