The screen displayed when accessing the Withholding Book contains a header with a date filter, the Accounting Company filter, and the applicable Region.

The Withholding Ledger tab displays the details of the documents containing the applied withholdings. Selecting a record from the left-hand table displays the associated documents in the right-hand block:

In the Summary, documents are compiled by retention type, showing the total applied.

The following three tabs show the model by quarters, by months and finally the calculation of the Official model for the Spanish Tax Agency as such.

The last tab, the one containing Model 111, features the buttons for [Export] in digital format (.txt) and that of Generate PDF to submit it to the Tax Agency.
