HioPOS Cloud allows you to export sales, item, and customer data via email in CSV or XML format. For item exports, HioPOS Cloud allows them to be exported with a Simple CSV file, to facilitate and make data processing more intuitive for the end-user. To do this, go to the Export section of the Configuration screen.

HioPOS Cloud allows exporting sales by filtering them by date, store, and till. For sales, customer, supplier, and vendor exports, we can select whether to export them in a CSV file or an XML file.

HioPOS Cloud also allows exporting items in the Simple CSV file type. This file type allows the client a better understanding of the exported data. The data exported using a Simple CSV is focused on the end-user. To export the items with this file, we simply have to select this option from the different alternatives that the application offers and decide on the desired column and decimal separator.

The file is sent by email; by default, this will be the email address of the user logged into the application. However, it can be changed for a specific send; if you wished to change it permanently, you would have to contact your distributor to make that change.
