Let's go to the option Formats on the menu SettingsA first screen appears: Format Table. On this screen, we can view the currently existing formats and search for them using the tool: Description.

If what we want is to create a new format table, we will select the option New Table. A 'Format Table' screen will appear, where we can name the table and add any formats we wish.

If we want to create new formats within a Format Table, we will select the new format option and name it.
